Starting with August 1st, 2025 all are new releases will be in PBR only. In order to see it as it was designed you'll need to upgrade your viewer.

All our vendor and advertising photos are photographed using the standard Midday windlight found in World > Environment > Midday. Since PBR items will reflect the light around them, you may find our garments to have the hue of their surrounding environment if you're using a windlight that's saturated in a blue tint or any other color.

To search for an item, visit the main store and select WORLD > AREA SEARCH then type the name of the item you're looking for. Set your draw distance to a higher number so that it encompasses the entire area of the store. If you cannot find the item in search it's probably been discontinued.

Left click the vendor - click Gift. Enter the recipient's legacy name. Pay vendor.

All items display at events can take up to 30 days to be released at the main store. Subscribe to be notifed when a new item arrives at main store.

If for some reason you left our group you'll need to pay the subscription fee to join again.

To join the VIP group stop by the main-store and click join on the "join group" sign in the VIP section.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds as our items are copy/no transfer and they cannot be transferred back to us in order for us to issue a refund.
